Sažetak
The cruel war (1991-1995) incurred enormous damages to Croatia, primarily on hause stock, roads and other infrastructure facilities. The original reconstruction strategy comprising state financed housing reconstruction and local infrastructure development proved to be very successful. The underlying principles of the reconstruction program and achievements of its implementation have been reviewed in the paper. This large construction and production resources.
