Sažetak
The meaning and importance of the labour productivity in construction projects, same as the methodology for its measurement and international comparison will be explained. The impact of the productivity on the project costs, both direct and indirect will be analysed. The factors affecting labour productivity in construction projects in different project environments will be systemized and discussed. The model of labour productivity evaluation regarding the costs of resources that are in the project engaged, and particularly the labour costs will be demonstrated. Based upon previous the model of optimal productivity increasing will be demonstrated.
