Sažetak
In the past few years Croatian technical regulation had a vigorous impetus in enactment of new standards and provisions. The adoption of thousands of European standards compels speedy making and enactment of relevant national standards which comply with the European. The standardization and the accompanying technical regulations have been in the process of enactment for already 15 years in Europe, and a series of novelations have been performed until today. In the area of thermal protection of buildings in Croatia a series of European standards has been accepted which were the basis for the making of the Technical Regulation for thermal energy savings and thermal protection in buildings. This new regulation, which came into force in 2005, considerably changes the scope of this part of technical documentation. This paper shows the essential differences in preparation of technical documentation and making of the project according to new regulation, as well as the evaluation of the implementation results of new regulation.
