Sažetak
Development of few nucleon research is presented, emphasizing exact three- and four-particle calculations with realistic nucleon-nucleon forces including the Coulomb force. Information on the nucleon-nucleon interaction (on- and off-shell), three-body forces and meson-exchange currents are derived from these studies. The Efimov effect, quasifree processes and applications of few nucleon concepts and methods to nuclear structure and particle physics are discussed.
