Sažetak
Significant progress in solving long-standing problems has been achieved. Among the most important of theseproblems are: description of the nucleon-nucleon interaction in terms of realistic meson-theory based potentials, the exact rigorous solution of the three nucleon problem, the determination of the neutron-neutron 1^S_0 scattering lengthand the quantitative understanding of the charge-symmetry breaking in terms of the different electric charges and masses of the d and u quarks.
