Sažetak
Between 30 and 70 H. trunculus (size range 48-99 mm) were collected over a period of 11 weeks by snorkelling and SCUBA diving in shallow water (1-10m depth) from each of 12 locations along the Croatian Adriatic coast. Penis length of male and imposex females was measured and the Vas Deferens Sequence Index (VDSI) determined. The results of this study indicate that there is a high level of imposex within H. trunculus along the Croatian Adriatic.
