Sažetak
The quest for genuinely worthwhile life remains far beyond the scope of technology, solely. Ethics requires a considerate attitude towards values ; it draws a clear distinction between custom and reflective morality. Since technology is the part of the society's inner change it affects both, human integrity growth, and creation of business enterprise. Authoritarianism stands apart from growth and development ; it rather preserves the “ status quo” , encourages the acceptance of the established order and typically awards conformity. Progressive leadership is the missing link between technology and ethics because it endorses non-coercive style in management. The main difference between moral order and coercive order is rooted in management's capability of mobilizing human enthusiasm, productivity and creativeness to serve people in life rewarding and meaningful manner.
