Sažetak
The process of transition in the Republic of Croatia is closely connected to numerous changes in various productive branches of economy. Agriculture represents one of them. Changes in the socio-political system have different priorities when compared to all previous systems, and therefore an adequate adjustment is required. But, the process of adjustment is burdened with non-functioning of the credit-monetary system, insufficiently developed market structure, poor lines of communication, non-efficient transfer of knowledge to primary production, socio-economic problems and others. As a process leading towards prosperity, entrepreneurship should be able to identify bad business forecasting and use good ideas. Restructuring represents elements of the adjustment strategy ; in that case all available resources should be recognized and business
