The cultural workers of SEE perceive that the cultural sector needs an overall strategy for the development of the cultural field: - the need for the changes of the existing structures and institutions - of the possible strict criteria - the transparent evaluation and funding - The regulation of the piracy, and the law regarding the discipline - The need for the admitting the sector of the changes towards the market - The need for the changes in the statistics so as the evaluation of the field to be better - The change of the attitude towards the field of culture - The need for the education of the cultural managers, cultural producers so that the changes be more adequate.
