Sažetak
The aim of this presentation was to present the situation of the organic production of olives and olive oil in Croatia. Based on available data, estimation of present organic production was given compared with the situation in the Mediterranean region. Perspectives of Croatian organic olive oil production, as well as its commercialization and marketing were specified. In conclusion, estimation of future development of that sector of agriculture was offered.
