Sažetak
Successful construction management presumes certain parameter definition yet in panning phase. Significant parameters are project cost ad duration and their interdependencies. Data analyzing of 24 high-rise terminated building projects has proved that specific legality exists regarding time and cost distribution. Explicit statistical methods and reconstruction of planned and actual time-cost relation are implemented. Risk factors are emphasized regarding their type and impact of project. By the regression methods application, mathematical model is defined for cost time-cost distribution and construction life circus quantification.
