Sažetak
Rapid development and strong competition force the modern software industry to focus on efficiency and effectiveness, as well as the quality and customer requirements. The Six Sigma methodology is a powerful strategy for meeting these goals by adjusting and managing the producing process based on exact statistical tools and their interpretation. In this paper the Six Sigma methodology is reviewed along with an example of its application.
