Sažetak
Fast development, growth and strong competition in contemporary telecommunication market are crucial factors in planning the projects for making new and improving existing products. In such conditions keeping the highest product quality is a very difficult task. This article focuses on reliability aspect of product quality, and gives an overview of methods used for managing and predicting reliability of final software products. The methods could be very useful during early phases of the project enabling better project planning and higher product quality.
