Sažetak
Despite the fact that digital cameras automatically embed the date in the EXIF metadata, some people like to put dates directly on photos. This can be problem in many cases, but most evidently in situations where the picture will be printed in a very large format, because it detracts viewer's eye from the image itself. In this paper we propose the application of two dimensional cellular automata to the problem of date stamps removing. The proposed method is than compared to some classical techniques such as clone tool usage.
