Sažetak
Boc-Tyr-PGM is a new synthetic derivative of PGM prepared by coupling of tyrosine to the peptide portion of the molecule. Introdution of the tyrosyl moiety enabled the labeling with radioactive iodine and subsequent application of labeled compound in the radioimmunoassay of PGM. In experimental models in mice, Boc-Tyr-PGM exhibited immunostimulating and antimetastatic activities.
