Sažetak
For making the vaccine the virus of classical swine fever (CSF) strain China was used, adapted to the cell culture of minipig kidney (MPK). The safety of the vaccine was tested in piglets of about 80 days of age without specific maternal antibodies for the CSF virus. The animals were divided into five groups. All vaccinated animals survived challlenge without clinical or postmortal signs of the disease, while the animals in the control group died with clinical and postmortem signs of classical swine fevef.
