Sažetak
High resolution thermal conductivity, thermopower and electrical resistivity measurements on the same monocrystals of different quasi-one dimensional charge-density-wave (CDW) compounds have been perfomed in thqrange 1.5-350K. There is a strong evidence that some of the physical processes existing in the appearance of charge density wave ground state influence differently on the electrical and thermal transport. The enhance Wiedemann-Franz (WF) ratio at T>TCDW shows that the mechanism of electrical and thermal transport are not the same. Moreover, the anomalous behaviour of the ratio versus temperature below TCDW is a mathematical artifact manifesting that all possible contributions, in addition to regular phonons and free carriers, have not be taken into account.
