Sažetak
This paper presents Failure Mode and Effect Analysis method (FMEA). Preventing process and product problems before they occur is the purpose of this method. Used in the both the design and manufacturing process, they substantially reduce costs by identifying product and process improvements early in the development process when relatively easy and inexpensive changes can be made. Application of this method is presented on the real injection moulding process in order to achieve improvement of product quality.
