Sažetak
Petiole explants of cv. Vugava regenerated shoots on the medium containing MS macroelements, Heller's micronutrients, 2.5 uM and 5 uM IBA. Out of 54 explants, four of them (7.4%) regenerated adventitious shoots after 40 days in culture in vitro. The generated shoots were transferred to MS medium with 0.2 uM IBA to induce rooting. The growth habit of the rooted shoots appeared normal with no tendrils.
