Sažetak
A 32-year-old farmer woman with a 5-year history of erythematous, desquamative lesions on the dorsal side, of the hands and forearms is presented. The skin lesion got worst every time when she had contact with cow hair. Neither she nor her family had previous allergy history. The test results proved allergic reaction to patients's own cow hair, while other test were within normal limits. She was treated with local corticosteroids. Although the cow hair allergy is rare it has to be considered as a possible causative contact allergen.
