Sažetak
The purpose of this paper is to provide a review of two methods of collecting additional funds for the satisfaction of regional and local public needs, and thereby regional and local development. This paper deals with the role of financial institutions in the mobilization of savings and allocation funds to interested investors for projects which lead to regional development. This paper examines the role of municipal bonds in development project financing.
