Sažetak
Appearance of fabric barres is the one of the most common type of defect in fabric processing. There is several fabric processing phases amenable for their instance. If the barre is optical, cause of it appearance seats in the dye house or in the finishing mill. If it is physical, i.e. it is manifested as warp or weft density or fineness disturbance ; it is obvious that has incurred in phases of the spinning or the weaving process. Generally, barres can be defined as defect characterized by bars or streaks, filling wise in woven fabrics or course wise in weft-knit fabrics, caused by uneven tension in weaving/ knitting, defective yarn, improper needle action, or other similar factors. Cause of their appearance lies in unevenness that can be occurred in production process, so the only prevention known today is absolute control under process and fabric variability. In this study, it will be shown the types of barre and the main process phases of their appearance in the fabric production sector (weaving mill). The problem will be observed from the aspect of the weaving technology and adjustment parameters on the machine Sulzer G6200 will be analyzed. Within this, the study will include optimal ratios between cloth rollers and warp beam depending on fabric parameters (thinness of the fabric, type and number of incorporated yarns, fabric density, fabric mass etc.). Furthermore, the various fabrics will be compared for the purpose of finding a correlation between fabric properties and barre appearance.
