Sažetak
Reactions of potentially tetradentate and hexadentate macrocyclic polythiaethers 1, 4, 8, 11-tetrathiacyclotetradecane (TTP) and 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16-hexathiacyclooctadecane (HTO) with Mo(CO)6 and W(CO)6 have been studied. The new complexes of molybdenum(0) and tungsten(0): [Mo(CO)3]2][TTP], [Mo(CO)3][HTO], [Mo(CO)3]2[HTO], [W(CO)3][TTP] and [W(CO)4]2[HTO], were isolated. The interaction of these compounds with iodine afforded the seven-coordinate complexes of molybdenum(II) and tungsten(II): [Mo(CO)3I2[TTP]·CH2Cl2, [Mo(CO)3I2]2[HTO] and [W(CO)3I2][TTP]·CH2Cl2. The complexes obtained were characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, magnetic measurements and IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectra.
