Sažetak
The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of PCT testing in diagnosing of severe systemic bacterial infection and its correlation with the routine laboratory parameters (WBC and CRP). PCT is useful innovative parameter in systemic bacterial infection diagnostics providing the clinicians with high diagnostic specificity.
