Sažetak
Three series of superconducting oxides with the nominal composition Hg_(1-x)M_xBa_2Ca_2Cu_3O_(8+delta) have been synthesized by the solid state reactions at normal pressure, with M being Bi, Pb or Sb and x ranging from 0 - 0.5. The substitution of antimony for mercury stabilized the Hg-1223 phase in a wide range of x content, and almost single phase with Tc = 134 K is obtained for x = 0.1. In the series of (Hg, Pb)-samples nearly pure Hg-1223 phase, with Tc = 130 K was obtained for x = 0.3, while bismuth, for the values of x greater-than or equal to 0.1 stabilized the Hg-1234 rather than Hg-1223 structure.
