Sažetak
1, 4, 8, 11-Tetrakis(methyldiphenylphosphino)-1, 4, 8, 11-tetraazacyclotetradecane (TPTA) reacts with molybdenum(0) and tungsten(0) hexacarbonyls to give yellow crystalline diamagnetic complexes of the formula [M(CO)(4)](2)TPTA. Each metal atom in these binuclear species is coordinated by two phosphorus atoms from the pendant methyldiphenylphosphino groups and by four carbonyls in a cis octahedral arrangement.
