Sažetak
The research carried out applies to the Data Take Over phase in the life cycle of information system. Results are based on the study of cause and consequence in respect to this phase in development, especially in the modification of information system such as the need of bringing into coordination with new information technologies, modifications in the information system and its environment, changes in the business system. The paper has tried to cover some non-process moments in the mentioned phase such as the relationship of the operators, lifeware, according to the modification or the need to carry out modifications in the business process organization structure and the consequential re-arrangement of the business system. The need for strategic planning of this phase is also elaborated in the scope of the information system's strategic development planning.
