Sažetak
The increase of both the production flexibility and the effectiveness of production system at concurrent production of variable parts mix is enabled by the being of alternative process plans. In constantly changeable production surrounding, the working orders of various contents are formed according to types and lot sizes of single workpiece. Herein, the selection method of that combination of process plans which will ensure the minimum time load of production system of known characteristics at concurrent production of certain parts mix in given lot sizes is presented. Problem is mathematically modeled and solved using the heuristic algorithm. Finally, the efficiency of procedure is shown on a concrete example.
