Sažetak
Control system realized in industrial controller ASTAT is here presented. This is result of mutual cooperation between Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER) Zagreb and ABB team in Vasteras. This system is mainly intended for crane control purpose. Control loop is designed as cascade control system with three loops (speed, torque, current). Position control loop is mainly realized on the overriding level control. All three loops can be parametricaly configured in order to build user specific control function with selected loops. Control system can use different speed sensors: tachogenerator, puls encoder, speed estimator. For torque control loop torque estimator is developed.
