Sažetak
For ABB stuff in Vasteras, Sweden, during my staying in Vasteras, I have presented control system realized in industrial controller ASTAT, as a result of mutual collaboration of the people from Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER) Zagreb and ABB team in Vasteras. This system is mainly intended for crane control purpose. The specific integration structure has pointed out ; it is based on two different development platforms from different manufacturers, Motorola and Analog Devices. Main core of the system is build around microcontroller MC68332, with two communication microcontrollers SAB82532, and 1-16 microcontrollers MC68302 for 16 possible process I/O unit support. Second structure is based on two DSP Analog Devices ADMC300, aimed for torque and speed estimation. The latter structure communicates with first one via fast serial communication link RS422. The presentation was characterized with a lot discussion and reasonable suggestions.
