Sažetak
I have presented the concept of the winch-drive mooring control system, realized together with ABB team (in Vasteras), to the ABB Jakarta stuff (Indonesia). The basic concept of the master-slave configuration with ASTAT industrial controller (based on AC slip-ring motors) is explained. The complete mooring drive system consists of five winch drive supplied with ASTAT controllers. The mooring ship set his position relative to seaboard using winch drives. When one of the winch drive motors receive reference speed for reaching goal position, it wind up the steel rope (anchored on the seaside) on the drum (fixed on the ship) moving the ship in the direction of this this winch. At the same time, all other winches working in torque controlled mode, ensuring steel ropes to wind off from theirs drums in controlled manner. Control structure is discussed as well as the values of the counter-torque references for slave drives
