Sažetak
In this technical expertize, problem of the mooring system whinch drive in the commissioning phase is analized. It is shown that most of the reasons for final commissioning delay was in non adequate technical equipment delivered to Timah, Bangka (Indonesia). ABB partner (Sweden)undertook to deliver new parts in a few days, after that I made coommissionig of all 5 winch drives on the ship mooring system. After my leaving Timah, I agree with ABB stuff in Jakarta about final test with full load (buckets) on the ship mooring system.
