Sažetak
Research on Work values differences in students of primary and secondary schools has been conducted in Mostar, a city deeply divided by the conflicts between the Croatian and the Bosniacs ethnic community. Although in several areas statistically significant differences between students belonging to the two different ethnic communities have been found, it appears that the registered differences belong to a much higher degree to the differences between the urban and the rural population that to the differences in different acceptance of specific work values on the part of different ethnic communities.
