Sažetak
Since in Croatia no educational software for the deaf is availible, we decided to use our practical and theoretical knowledge in order to develop a programme which will help deaf children to develop functional and emotional literacy. The programme is based on contemporary concepts of psychology and psycholinguistics of bilingualism and language competence, as well as on the insights about the importance of emotional literacy and its effect on psychosocial adjustment of children.
