Sažetak
Computer analysis of combustion in CO-boilers was carried out with the aim of preventing heat overloading and flame contact with the chamber walls. The analysis was carried out for different kinds of fuel: rafinery gas, refinery gas with regenerator gas and oil, and for different boiler loading. The impact of 30% recirculation on the combustion and flame propagation was also analyzed making the number of different analyzed combustion regimes in CO-boiler equal to eleven. The commercial software for modelling turbulent flow with combustion based on finite volumen method was used. Optimal burner placement and optimal CO- boiler working regimes are proposed.
