Sažetak
This paper presents a numerical model of cold rolling process based on finite element procedure. Material is considered to be in plane strain state. Large elastoplastic strain is modeled by updated Lagrangian Hencky formulation. In order to enforce material incompressibility displacement-pressure mixed formulation was used. Friction was simulated with friction layer technique. Performance of developed computer code - ROLLING is evaluated from comparison with known experimental results.
