Fakultet elektrotehnike, strojarstva i brodogradnje  Split Primjena programskog paketa WINdis za planiranje i analizu rada niskonaponskih distributivnih mre~a SA}ETAK Planiranje, projektiranje, analiza pogona i odr~avanje niskonaponske distributivne mre~e zahtijeva odgovarajuu programsku podraku za izvoenje potrebnih numeri kih analiza, uz odgovarajue grafi ko su elje za definiranje topologije mre~e i parametara, te vezu s tehni kom bazom podataka. Naj eae su to prora uni tokova snaga i padova napona, struja kvara, odabir i kontrola osigura a, gubici radne energije, opteretivost trafostanice i izvoda, mehani ki prora un stupova i provjesa, prora un uzemljenja itd. Programski paket WINdis omoguava izvoenje veine gore navedenih analiza, a instaliran je u gotovo svim distribucijskim podru jima u Hrvatskoj. U ovom radu dane su osnovne karakteristike i mogunosti programskog paketa WINdis, te primjer niskonaponske mre~e koji ilustrira mogunosti primjene, te daljnjeg razvoja. Klju ne rije i: ABSTRACT: Key words: UVOD Prilikom planiranja, projektiranja, analize pogona i odr~avanja niskonaponske distributivne mre~e potrebno je obaviti niz numeri kih prora una. Programski paket WINdis omoguava izvoenje naj eaih analiza, a to su prora un tokova snaga i padova napona, prora un struja kvara, odabir i kontrola osigura a, prora un gubitaka radne energije, prora un opteretivosti trafostanice i izvoda i prora un utjecaja uzemljenja . Razvoj ra unalne opreme omoguava izradu takvih aplikacija koje korisnika ne optereuju informati kim problemima nego mu omoguavaju da se usredoto i na stru nu stranu rjeaavanog problema. Osnovni elementi takvog pristupa izradi aplikacija su prilagoeno grafi ko su elje, podraka bazama podataka i generiranje izvjeataja rezultata prora una. Grafi ko su elje programskog paketa WINdis posebno je prilagoeno definiranju topologije i unosu podataka distributivnih radijalnih mre~a. Cilj je ato br~e nacrtati mre~u bez zadr~avanja na grafi kim detaljima i ato br~e i sigurnije locirati pojedine elemente u fazi unosa podataka i interpretacije rezultata. Kod unosa podataka omoguen nam je pristup lokalnoj bazi podataka te automatska provjera valjanosti podataka. Osnova analiza je trofazni load-flow. To omoguava prora un kako simetri nih tako i nesimetri nih mre~a. Primijenjeni postupak ostavlja airok prostor za realizaciju dosad nerealiziranih prora una. Izlazne rezultate mogue je dobiti u razli itim tekstualnim oblicima koji se mogu direktno tiskati ili prenositi u druge programe za obradu teksta. Takoer je mogue grafi ki prikaz s ispisanim rezultatima prenositi u druge programe. Program je otvoren za daljnji razvoj prema potrebama korisnika. Organizacija i struktura programskog paketa windis Programski paket WINdis sastoji se od tri osnovna modula (slika 1.): grafi ki modul (Microsoft Windows su elje) modul za vezu s bazom podataka (Microsoft Access 97 baza) prora unski modul Moduli su prema korisniku integrirani u jednu funkcionalnu cjelinu. Grafi ki modul zasniva se na Windows su elju u kojem se za crtanje upotrebljavaju metode standardizirane za grafi ke Windows aplikacije. Omoguava grafi ko definiranje topologije mre~e, grafi ko lociranje ulaznih podataka te grafi ki ispis rezultata. Modul za vezu s bazom omoguava povla enje potrebnih podataka iz lokalne baze podataka tipskih parametara. Lokalna baza podataka je Access 97 baza. U bazu su ve upisani podaci naj eae koriatenih tipova elemenata. Baza ima mogunost replikacije (WINdis verzija 1.2) ato omoguava da isporu ilac aplikacije unosi promjene u bazu bez posljedica na podatke koje je dopunio korisnik. Baza se mo~e a~urirati bilo iz programa WINdis ili Access 97 aplikacije. Prora unski modul ne zasniva se na aproksimativnim metodama, ve je koriatena openita iterativna metoda za rjeaavanje nelinearnih jednad~bi (Gauss-Seidel  ova) . Mogu je prora un kako simetri nih tako i nesimetri nih mre~a. To predstavlja osnovu kako za trenutno realizirane tako i za budue analize.  Slika 1. Na njoj je veina elemanata koji se navode u slijedeim koracima opisa rada s aplikacijom. Definiranje topologije mre~e Po etna mjesto definiranja topologije mre~e je pojna to ka predstavljena pravokutnikom proizvoljnog oblika i polo~aja. Iz pojne to ke vu e se (koriatenjem standardnih operacija miaa) proizvoljan broj izvoda i podizvoda u obliku grafi ke linije. Klikom miaa na izvod postavljaju se simboli potroaa a na proizvoljna mjesta. Mo~e se i zadati automatski razmjeataj odreenog broja potroaa a na odreeni izvod. Pri svim ovim postupcima program automatski odreuje i numerira vorove. Sve grafi ke elemente mogue je proizvoljno pomicati po radnoj povraini. Unos podataka mre~e Pojna to ka je definirana transformatorom, visokonaponskim vodom i ekvivalentom vanjskog sustava. Pri definiranju mogue je postaviti viae transformatora u paralelni spoj te viae vodova u razli itim kombinacijama. Slijedea faza je unos podataka kablova/vodova koje povla imo iz tipske baze podataka. Iako se podaci kablova/vodova naj eae zadaju selektiranjem cijelog izvoda, mogue je da svaka dionica ima proizvoljan tip kabela/voda. U prora unu distributivnih mre~a posebno je interesantan unos podataka potroanje. Program pru~a viae na ina unosa .  Slika 2 . Preko normativa definiranim koeficijentima izvedenim iz Rusck-ove formule:  EMBED Equation.3  gdje je: n  broj kuanstava A,B  koeficijenti koji definiraju normativ Pvn  odgovarajua vrana snaga grupe od n potroaa a 2. Preko vrane snage:  EMBED Equation.3  gdje je: n  broj kuanstava fpot  faktor potra~nje jednog kuanstva Pinst  instalirana snaga jednog kuanstva. Produkt fpot(Pinst daje vranu snagu jednog kuanstva f( - faktor istovremenosti za beskona an broj kuanstava koji je isti za sve potroaa e u mre~i.Inicijalno postavljena vrijednost je 0.2 Pvn  odgovarajua vrana snaga grupe od n potroaa a 3. Kao pojedina ni potroaa   EMBED Equation.3  gdje je: Pv1  vrana snaga pojedina nog potroaa a fost  faktor istovremenosti u odnosu na ostale potroaa e u mre~i Pv  izra unata vrana snaga s kojom se ide u prora un U svakom voru mogue je zadati viae razli itih potroaa a bilo pojedina nih ili preko normativa. Podaci osigura a i prekida a unose se povla enjem iz baze u kojoj su pohranjene njihove karakteristike. Baza sadr~i podatke za NVO osigura e proizvodnje Kon ar i ETI te prekida e istih proizvoa a. Za termi ke osigura e predvieni su samo osnovni parametri (tip, In, faktor sigurnosti), od kojih je faktor sigurnosti dozvoljeno mijenjati. Automatskim osigura ima omogueno je mijenjati nazivnu struju (In odnosno I1) u granicama definiranim u bazi (kataloaki podaci o opsegu nazivne struje ovisno o temperaturi okoline). Takoer je za automatske osigura e predviena mogunost definiranja: struju prorade elektromagnetskog lana struju prorade elektromagnetskog lana u nultom vodi u (ako je definirana za osigura )  Slika 3. Kod odabira osigura a provjeravaju se slijedei kriteriji: Provjera prema vranom optereenju Provjera prema trajno dopuatenom optereenju Provjera termi ke vrstoe s obzirom na Ik3 Provjera dosega zaatite (minimalni Ik1) Provjera trajanja Ik1min Rezultati prora una Za gotovo svaki element mre~e kao i za pojedine cjeline unutar same mre~e mogue je dobiti pripadni izvjeataj s rezultatima. Izvjeataje je mogue direktno tiskati ili preko clipboarda prenositi u bilo koji tekst procesor. Dolje navedeni izvjeataji direktno su preneseni u tekst procesor bez naknadnih intervencija. Slika 3. pokazuje shemu mre~e s odabranim prikazom padova napona. Mogue je na grafi koj shemi prikazati i ostale podatke poput iznosa struja kratkog spoja, struja, snaga, itd. Mogu je i prikaz po svim fazama. The most frequent valuations are load flow and voltage drop, fault current, fuse selecting and control, energy losses, chargeability of transformer substation and bays of substation, mechanical valuations of poles, valuations of earthing and so on. Software called WINdis ensure performing most of before-mentioned analysis is installed all distribution domains in Croatia.
