Sažetak
For observation of deformation uniformity in the cold drawn tube, the value of residual stress were used. The samples of cold drawn tube from charge to product were used for examination. Samples were measured directly and/or after succesively by removing the layer along wall thickness of tube. The diffraction patterns by method Warren-Averbach were analysed. The obtained residual stress value and diamond penetrator hardness were compared for all samples. The drastic changes after 42.40 and 55.05 percent reduction of cold drawn tube were noticed.
