Sažetak
This paper represents a technical overview of a current state in the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) Over The Air (OTA) Generic Content Download method for mobile phones. It shows currently used download methods like Basic HTTP Download and MIDlet Download method. It describes architecture of the OMA Download system and different OMA Download processes. The paper analyzes Status Report Functionality in Download process. It points out problem with Status Report reception, and gives solution to the problem that could also be applied on the Mobile Digital Rights Management systems.
