A brief report of the photometric work at Hvar Observatory from 1972 - 1997
is given. The main programme on systematic UBV photoelectric observations
of bright northern Be stars
is summarized as well as the methods of observations and reductions.
The photometric behaviour
of some well-observed Be stars is described.
