Sažetak
The provisions on minorities of both the Croatian Constitution and the Croatian Constitutional Law on Human Rights recognise, in conformity with international law, the minority rights of individuals rather than collectives. In 2000, two significant legal fields dealing with the exercise of the rights of minorities to cultural autonomy were elaborated - the right to education and the right to the use of language.
