Sažetak
The exhibits which are in the Museum collection of the Division for the History of Medicine in Zagreb are presented in this work. These exhibits belong to the Islamic heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina. They are made of wood, silver, paper, stone and wax, and they date from 17th to the 20th century. The exhibits were used for vernacular health treatment. Today they represent witnesses of folk medicine of this area and folk understanding of health and disease. At the same time, they illustrate influences of different cultures - Islamic, Christian and Jewish- on the folk medicine on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina
