Sažetak
Stress at workplace is a worldwide growing problem, and mobbing as a phenomenon of psychological abuse of an employee represents one of the most serious forms of work related stress, which may have permanent consequences for mental and physical health of an individual. It is extremly important to perform high-quality diagnostic procedure and medical-psychological expertise of the phenomenon, and the attention should aslo be turned to the issue of simulation of mobbing with the purpose of achieving secondary gain. The author proposing a sort of "step-by-step procedure" that offers a uniform and professional approach to the problem, what may be helpful when dealing with mobbing cases. That way it should be possible to compare and review various opinions.
