Sažetak
The article presents a summary of the development of activities related to one of the Copenhagen criteria - harmonization of Croatian legislation with the acquis communautaire. It is a long-term and complex process, which, despite initial accomplishments due to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, has not yet seriously started.
