Sažetak
The quick and simple counting methods for the enumeration of putrefying bacteria-hydrogen sulphide producers from anaerobic protein decay in water ecosystems are suggested. The proposed methods are the determination of the titre, the most probable number and plate count on membrane filters. The peptone agar medium with Ammoniumiron (III)-citrate is used.
