Sažetak
Theoretical principles of the basic regularities to which the concrete is subjected is presented to describe the properties of concrete mathematically. Research conducted in this way resulted in sophistication of the information system CAMDOC Zagreb for the computer aided mix design. CAMDOC contains 30 knowledge and decision bases for concrete mix design. The model enables the assurance of conditions for the structure's design, as well as the assurance of a required workability by Module 1 (the equipment for concrete production) and by Module 2 (computer based method for obtaining a desired aggregate grading). It is also necessary to assure concrete strength and durability.
