Sažetak
The structure of the organizations based on virtual business is particulary appropriate for rebuilding of war damaged areas in Croatia. A developed information infrastrucute enables the build-up of a virtual organization which represents an informal form of consolidation of several formal organizations whose members are linked together by means of information infrastructure. Such and organization supported by electronic communication and data processing, connects those formal organizations which carry out works, those which construct works, procure materials, analyse and meet demands on the market, or cover with the supply and realization of all segments of the reconstructiion of the country.
