Sažetak
Recently globalisation processes is unavoidable necessity of the economy development. The globalisation processes have an important impact on tourism. This affects the structure of tourism supply and demand (concentration and centralization of capital in form of large hotel chains and international corporations). That points out the necessity of using different approaches to various tourism market segments. The positive impacts of the globalisation processes stimulate the tourism enterprises to accept and to adapt to this phenomenon.
