Sažetak
The paper analyses globalization, regionalism, countries in transition and theirs influence on management. Globalization is a trend of today and tomorrow and has become a process of worldwide significance. Globalization covers the common interest and aims of a certain area and it brings benefits to areas where it takes place. Transition is a process of change that has been going on in Central and Eastern European countries since the late 1980s and understands the transformation from centrally planned command economies towards market orientation. Both processes: globalization and transition have a great influence on modern management.
