Sažetak
The cylindrical model of a human exposed to the electromagnetic radiation is used in the paper. The human body is, according to the wire antenna theory, represented by parasitic dipole antenna. The analysis is performed by solving the Poxcklington integral equation via the boundary element method. Numerical results are presented for current distribution induced in a man standing in the proximity of the broadcast tower, CB antenna, and near a 3-phase transmission line. The obtained results for induced current obtained by BEM are compared with other calculated and measured results.
